Alarm Communication Methods

ACS can provide you with a wide means of sending the signal from our intrusion panel to our central station.  ACS recommends that more than one means of communication is included to prevent the burglar from cutting off the means of sending the alarm out.

Requires a plain old telephone (POTS) analog line to work properly. You should not connect to Comcast or VOIP. It is not reliable.

Delivers secure, reliable and complimentary digital communications via the GSM network. An alternative to POTS demise, unreliable VOIP and for the cell only homes. Learn more at Alarm.com...

As our Intrusion Systems evolve, their capabilities increase and the use of the internet allows us to utilize a communication means that is already in place in your business - it also allows you to get rid of the POTS / phone line.  This communication path is also supervised and will alert you when it is down.

Most if not all devices / panels can be provided in a wireless solution, though please remember power sometimes must be provided on certain devices.
